The day was OK not too bad

It was clean for the most part and the staff was really nice

I didn’t like the bathroom. The toilet seat had burnt marks on it in the border of the bathroom was pretty dirty.

Don't stay here!!!

The staff was very nice,.professional and accommodating.

The rooms are dirty and outdated. We had to switch room twice because both rooms had bugs and stains on sheets. The cleaning people do not do a hood job on cleaning the rooms. The beds are uncomfortable and flat. The pillows seem like they have had them for years. The beds feel like your sleeping on a pull out sofa. The pictures on the website look nothing like the rooms. There were holes in the furniture, stains on the walls, and a very weird stench when you walked in.

Disappointing

Staff was pleasant and friendly. Internet was down so I was unable to get a checkout receipt. The room was old, towels dingy, and even where the towels are held was not clean. I have a service dog and clean up after it. There are dog excrement everywhere. Homeless and drug looking people all around the rooms. Two vehicles were being worked on in the back area. Glad that there were cameras.

My room was non smoking but it smelled so much like weed. I could see footprints on the wooden floors and the window was not cleaned.

Rooms are very clean! Sheets are white and not stained. Non smoking rooms actually smelled like non-smoking rooms. Staff was very friendly and able to accommodate very quickly :)

Toilet flush was a bit weird. Had to press down a bit hard for it to activate properly. Outlets were very loose, and so we're the USB outlets.
