Im an employee of St.Joe London and I stay here on my call weekends usually but this time I can say I will not be back. I was lied and told there was no rooms on the first floor but when you called and talked to someone else there was. I was given a room in which I arrived to a chair sitting in the middle of the bed and the mattress against the wall. After telling the front desk which lied to me in the first place he proceeded to go check like I lied. My wife called multiple times to talk to them and they would not answer. Then I walk by to them complaining that the phones ringing. So sorry to inconvenience you to actually do your job. This was a horrible experience I will not be back unless it’s last resort.

London, KY. Nothing much here. If you have no choice but to stop its fine. We walked to walmart which was right across the street, but the rooms are quite rundown and well used. Staff were not very helpful. Its ok, but probably any place in town would be just as good.
