The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. Bathroom was clean.
Elevator looks old and dirty, we have to walk or drive to the second building where it’s so cold outside and carrying our stuffs. One of your staffs had an attitude which I didn’t like.

beds are big
Our building was separated from the main building where breakfast is served and we had to walk just to eat breakfast. The faucet was very weak. The shower was hard to regulate. One of the staff (front desk clerk, young, curly hair) is not as helpful as the other. She wasn't courteous at all.
