Over booked so parking was minimal. Way too many parties in rooms on the 2nd floor. Shower curtain rod was broken so curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Doors to room and bathroom were both warped and very hard to close/open and not quiet at all.

We enjoyed our stay. Was skeptical at first when I saw that it was also an extended stay and on the site it stated that parking was unavailable but our overall stay was wonderful and Tanisha (I hope I'm spelling her name right) was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay with any questions we had while she was on duty. I can say the same for the entire front desk staff, they made our stay enjoyable.

The beds are a bit smaller compared to other Laquinta locations.

Not Up to Standard

The location was very convenient!

The first room we were assigned was in very poor condition. The pillows smelled as if they had already been used, nothing seemed freshly cleaned, and we even found food inside an armchair. There were also cockroaches in the bathroom, the temperature was uncomfortably hot, and overall cleanliness was lacking. We were later moved to another room, which was an improvement, but it still had a strong damp smell. The bathtub drain did not work, causing yellowish water to accumulate, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the bathroom door did not close properly. Breakfast was just average, with the same limited options every single day.

My reservation rates change and my requested was not honour in my reservation.. We didn't get any breakfast .. when we went nothing was there and the time was not over for breakfast.. My manager was not there.. only the front staff...that's was a waste 🗑 of time.. our bed 🛌 sheets were not changed

July 4th weekend stay

My room was very accommodating with the king-size bed and coach. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The AC was amazing in the room.

The hallways on each floor smelled like wet dogs, and the temperature was over 80 degrees. The hotel is 2 hotels in 1, which was not disclosed. It had an extended stay attached to it. There were sketchy people that were staying there, like people with ankle monitors and people under the influence of some type of paraphernalia. They also did not have a do not disturb sign in the room, and when we went down to the front office, they did not have any either. We specifically said to not clean our room, but when we came back from our morning activities, our room was clean.

Excellent location for events at Chase Stadium - very short walk from watching Inter Miami play (and lots of fast food options). Nice pool. Large modern clean room. Great value for money for Miami.

Breakfast was very busy and staff struggled to replenish items and keep the space clean. But it was such great value overall this is acceptable.
