Bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, no overhead vent in the bathroom, and bathroom floor was very very dirty upon arrival

Breakfast was good, hotel was close to the highway.

Our floor was wet and the ac stopped working.

My wife found a live bed bug crawling along the baseboard inside our room. She always checks and this was the first one we have ever found. She checked the rest of the room and didn’t find anymore. While checking she did observe the room was overall dirty. We trapped the bedbug on a bandaid and decided to try to make the best of it. Neither of us slept much and we should have just left. The next morning we were talking to some student athletes traveling with their team. They said when they arrived they were given room keys and the beds hadn’t been changed and there was food and hair all over the rooms. When we arrived (after dark) none of the exterior lighting was on yet, so the lot was pitch black. Overall, not what I was expecting as we have stayed at these hotels in other cities. I did make the staff aware of the bed bug and brought it down to the front desk (still alive on the band-aid). I get it, things happen…just too many things for a one night stay. We didn’t even stay for the breakfast as we just wanted out of there.

How spacious it was

Cleanliness there was a cockroach on the floor dead and I was the last room at the end of the hallway right next to the back door I did not feel safe

I hated everything about it. If I can get a refund I would. It was not worth my money

First off my room card didn't work 3 times and I went up an down the elevator I had to wait for 5 mins for it to arrive each time. Brought my card back 3 times told her it doesn't work. She says there's no one there to fix my keypad for my door the battery is dead. The third time she wasn't there. Waited 25mins to get the front desk to help me again. After I drove 8 hrs to get there. She switches my room from 214 to 418 after she told my mother in law who paid 8 months ago in full that there was no king beds. For some reason we got a king bed in 418. There was a woman with so many kids there making noise all hours of the night, 2am, 3am 4am. Running screaming jumping. Running around the lobby. The front desk is not pleasant. If I can get a refund I WOULD. Worse experience ever an thats only a third of it.

We had booked two rooms, one of the rooms had a big spiderweb on the ceiling, the bathroom floor was dirty and one of the washcloths had appeared to be washed/dried but had blood-stain on it "yuck"

Was a fire detector peeping all night next door. There were spiders all over the room. The air kept changing to heat. The floors were not clean. Staff refused to allow to change rooms

The bed was very comfortable. Some of the staff were nice. The room was decent. The staff allowed us to have a late check out. The location is right by truck stop/gas station.

The mechanic/repair sounds. The refrigerator was noisy, and the flooring in the building was not very clean. We were placed in a room next to the hvac/mechanical, and it was very noisy. We asked to move to a different room.

Staff was pretty rude about the deposit. There isn't a sign posted about the deposit up front. Read your fine print.

The worker there were kind.

This was one of the worse hotel experiences I have ever had. The first night the bathroom tub would not drain, the hotel was hosting a bunch of girls for a local dance competition and the girls were up screaming with no chaperone until 3AM. Someone finally went down and got the front desk lady. I spoke to her about the tub, to which she replied they would give me a discount and move me the next day because the hotel was full. The next day we were moved from the 4th floor to the 3rd floor in the morning. When we returned to our room the door was open and someone entered the room. Nothing was missing we assumed it was the staff. The next morning I was brushing my teeth—keep in mind we are on the 3rd floor—a bird flies into the vent duct. I heard it come in and then it starts freaking out because it could get out. I called downstairs, they came up because they didn’t believe me until the lady heard it herself. My sister needs to shower but there is now a bird flapping and banging in the vent. The front desk lady got a call from the manager, told her what happened and then just disappeared due to embarrassment and not knowing what to do. My sister went down and spoke with them, they moved us to yet another room. When it was time to check out, the manager did not want to give a discount and tried to gaslight me when I told her there was an animal in the vent until I showed her the video because I just experienced that with the prior lady. I then informed her in the 3 days I was at her hotel I had to move rooms everyday, even today and I am just trying to get ready and check out. I did not eat their breakfast due my experience. It seemed like good variety. Someone reported finding mold in one of the Cinnabon rolls. I cannot verify that claim.

Salma (might be spelled wrong) at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly when I arrived. I felt very safe despite traveling solo!

I would definitely stay again. The staff was nice and helpful. The pool was nice, a little cool, but nice. Breakfast was great, a nice variety! The bed was a little more firm than I like... but still nice.
