I liked that it was very quiet. It had a pool and was fairly inexpensive. They also kept us in clean towels and TP.
The pool was closed most of the stay. The room though very out of date could have been a bit cleaner. Mostly just some areas of the bathroom.

We had breakfast at the Everette Street Diner, the food and people were awesome, the portions were huge!

The property had a close proximity to the downtown area. However, it would not be walkable as there are no sidewalks. The property has a laundry room and an icemaker. The pool looked inviting.
The property is showing it's age ~ specially on the exterior.
