Five Towns Inn - JFK Airport

The hotel was conveniently located for our needs, and the room was clean. Breakfast offered a reasonable selection, and the overall property has good potential. I also appreciated the shuttle service and the effort of the breakfast staff.

I stayed in Room 112, which is located next to the vending machines. Unfortunately, employees gathered there early in the morning and spoke very loudly, making it difficult to rest. I politely asked them around 8:00 a.m. to lower their voices, but the noise continued. The front desk experience could also be improved. A warmer welcome, slower communication, and a more guest-oriented attitude would create a much better first impression. Breakfast was acceptable, but the toaster only worked on one side and was very slow. By around 9:00 a.m., the juice dispensers were empty and had not been refilled. The bed sheets were also noticeably worn, with fabric pilling that reduced comfort. These are relatively small details, but they make a significant difference in the overall guest experience. As someone with over 40 years in the hospitality industry, I offer these comments with the sincere intention of helping the hotel improve.

Reasonable hotel good for overnight stay. Fast food places very close to hotel.

Hotel advertises shuttles every half hour but reality is every hour. Pillows were hard. Not great neighbourhood.
