The location was good although at the bottom of the ravine which means a lot of stairs to reach the street level
As we arrived we were rushed through reception and told that the hotel would add 10% of the daily room rate as a tip to the bill. This was in addition to any other tip you choose to give at the restaurant etc! The concierge was surly and quite rude. The room looked out to a tiny patio overlooking the laundry loading service. The outside lights never turned off other than when the bulb was unscrewed! The valet returned my car with scratches on one of the panels and whilst I cannot prove they damaged the vehicle, they made no effort to help. In the end, I cleaned the car and all was ok but the lack of care and empathy was very poor. The swimming pool was dirty and towels left over chairs from the previous day

well appointed, large, comfortable rooms
On every occasion when we texted the valet/concierge for our car, as the claim check instructed, our requests were not received by the valet. Despite this glitch the valets did an amazing job of getting our car to us without further delay.

Great location, secluded in the heart of Sedona along the creek.
Need a more defined walked path to the stairs leading up to the cabins. Having to cross the main driveway into the parking area at night isn’t safe.

The views and location were amazing
Breakfast service at the Cress was abominable… it took over an hour to be served. We stayed in the Cliffside room which looks like a converted motel off 89-A. Views were amazing but not sure it warranted the price.

Great and beautiful place, rooms are nice, comfortable and clean!
Pool area isn’t good at all!!

Amazing location
Unfortunately, the stay fell well short of expectations across multiple areas. The most concerning issue was persistent unpleasant odors throughout the room, we experienced skunk smell in our vista cottage, to musty-smelling towels and pillows in the room. These cleanliness concerns significantly impacted comfort.
The dining experience was equally disappointing, with the restaurant serving cold fries and room service taking over an hour just to deliver water. This level of service extended to the concierge desk, where staff were notably slow and unhelpful with requests.

Location. Staff friendliness and responsiveness. They were very attentive and helpful
The Airconditioning did not work on my room. They weren’t able to fix it while I was there. The QR code on the in room menu didn’t work. The staff was very helpful and problem solved very quickly.

Views from cress
Cliffs lodge was deceptive as no indication given at time of booking we’d be at the top of the hill right off 89A. Also told Cress restaurant was booked all night 8/31 but at no point from 5 till 6:30 was it occupied more than 50%. Also ate at bar and filet and ribeye both had to be returned as temperatures reverse and Medium was med well and med well was medium rare to medium.

Right on Oak Creek. Beautiful grounds. Lovely staff. Comfortable. Dog friendly.
Dining service was sometimes slow to the point I had to ask the seating host to send someone over to take our order or ask the wait staff to check on the status of our order.
The property is besieged by skunks! There were also a lot of feral cats.

The hotel location is in cottages along the creek. It was very quiet and relaxing. The cottage was very nice and the daily services were excellent.
Your car is normally parked on site. The valets will bring it around if you desire to go further than a mile or so from the hotel.
The valets were very helpful taking us on golf type carts to several restaurants within their service radius. Making sure we had enough water as it was very warm.
The staff at the front desk were very helpful. The spa treatment was very nice.
The Cress restaurant at creekside is five stars. The ambiance in the evening is wonderful.
Our cottage had an outdoor shower that is attached by a door from the bathroom. This is great. Coming back from a guided tour and feeling very hot and sweaty, the outdoor shower was so nice.
We went the middle of June for a week. As the days progressed so did the temps. Go when it not so hot.

The Staff was amazing. So polite, kind, and concerned with our experience. Room was clean and beautiful using higher quality materials and furnishings.
She shower was showing it's age, didn't drain efficiently and looked a bit dirty.

The location is superb. Oak Creek adds a lot to it, and it is very quiet.
The bath room has hazards for the elderly. There are no bar for the toilet, which is too low, nor for the shower.

I didn’t like it was $85 for two drinks at the bar.

The front desk staff were very helpful.
The creekside cottage was so amazing. Glad we upgraded upon arrival!
The spa was amazing and staff were very sweet and helpful. The valet staff however, stood out the most. Every single employee we encountered at the valet desk was so friendly, informative, and helpful. They provided us with water, multiple rides, and help with luggage without hesitation. Very impressive.
I was disappointed that I wasn’t told that the creek side had been washed away/closed off when we upgraded to creek side upon arrival. It was still amazing but I would have reconsidered knowing that. I also had made reservations for our anniversary at the oak creek restaurant..planning to be on patio for our dinner at sunset. When I got there and realized it was gone I was disappointed, especially that no one called to let me know. I ended up canceling my reservation. Since it was last minute, I was unable to book some of the other restaurants I had my eye on. So I would def say better communication. Most of the staff was amazing but I do have to say that the few people encountered at the bar were not friendly and seemed annoyed to be helping us for no apparent reason. After 2 encounters it was a big enough turn off that we didn’t go back to the bar for anything.

Andrew at the front desk made me feel so at ease with my own challenges alone and in a wheelchair. When my family later arrived to Join me, the whole staff went above and beyond in making my sons 9th birthday special with a surprise cake, smores, and balloons in the room. Dinner at their restaurant was wonderful and service was fabulous. They treated me with nothing less then grace and gratitude. IF your looking for luxury camping experiences, or private 5 star crackling fires nestled on the creek in Arizona's magical Sedona . This is the place for you. I was originally at the amora hotel, and was asked to leave half way through my trip because they couldn't take partial payments during my stay. Even after i told them I had a daily limit. They embarrassed me and abandoned me when i asked for help after falling out of my wheelchair. Thank goodness L'Auberge was available and made me forget the nightmare I had to endure from management at Amora hotel.
Thank you to everyone at L'Auberge for your patience and support in achieving a lovely experience I'll never forget.
That i couldnt stay forever

We booked the creekside cottage and the view is phenomenal. The spa is first-class as well! There a lots of activities provided as well, which we really enjoyed. The location is excellent as well.
Pretty pricey. However really worth the money. The cottage bathroom is a bit older so some renovation could be done.

Location and the classes offered were good.
Our room was noisy, the lobby had some music playing late into the night. We could hear foot steps constantly. For the price we paid, we expected a bathtub. The gym was poorly equipped. Although we were the property guests, the restaurant couldn’t accommodate us for dinner one night.

Everything was as advertised and more! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful. We had our own "cabin" and it was beautiful! Everything you could want and much more!
Can't think of 1 thing. I was very pleased with everything.
