Our stay was very pleasant and the location was great. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The room was basic but very clean and quiet. We stayed mid-week so we had the entire pool/hot tub to ourselves and it was very clean and well-kept.

Great location and friednly staffs - it is a great deal

I like the location. It is in a great part of Ann Arbor, next to many good restaurants and super market. Easy access to highway. The look and feel of the hotel is very appealing. You feel like you are staying at a 4-5 star hotel. Staffs there are super nice, alway smiling and acknowledge you when you enter or exit the hotel.

The kitchen is too small. It feel very cramped when you have breakfast there. Would love to see more hot items for breakfast. I had early breakfast and it could be very crowded during peak hours.

It is always an enjoyable stay.

We’ve stayed here multiple times and always return. It is clean, quiet and great location. The pool and hot tub are a bonus. In the summer, the courtyard is beautiful to sit in and enjoy.

I didn’t like our room being just off the pool area. It was not as quiet as we were used to.

Very noisy from the room above us made sleep difficult. It took two trips to the front desk, one at 11:45 pm, for the room above us to be quiet enough to sleep.

Clean and quiet, but needs breakfast improvements

It’s always clean and quiet

Whoever made the poor decision to put margarine and take away butter for the breakfast had no understanding of how bad margarine is for people. Bring the butter back, and whoever made that horrible decision has to be someone who isn’t into health. Someone who doesn’t care about others.

We stayed because we went to a Michigan football game and really enjoyed our stay.

The staff did a great job keeping breakfast stocked and clean. Staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the billiards room upstairs and they didn't charge for the use. You did have to leave an ID at the front desk when checking out the pool sticks and shuffle board pucks. That I think is more than reasonable . Our bed was very soft and comfy. Even the sofa pull out was comfy according to our daughter.

They could have more choices for breakfast, but the choices they had were well stocked and the area was kept clean.

Nice hotel for the price

The hotel is attractive inside and out, more so than many hotels. The rooms are fairly large, well appointed and quiet with comfortable beds. The breakfast was alright but not noteworthy.

The carpeting in the upstairs hallway is wrinkled and a trip hazard.

This hotel feels like a high end facility, but at affordable prices. It is well appointed with many diverse amenities. Breakfast was beautifully displayed and very tasty. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet. The location was perfect. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone.

Wonderful stay

Wonderful breakfast from 7-10, comfortable stay, very professional & friendly staff, beautiful building inside and out and easy access to the highway. 15 minute drive to U of M hospital which is where I needed to commute to. I will be back!

Comfortable, enjoyed amenities

Outdoor sitting area with gazebo and flowers, pool, upstairs area with shuffle board and pool table.

Room itself felt a little dank and there was a water stain on our carpet. I think the a/c was causing some condensation or something. It wasn’t bad, just my only complaint.

Super clean and beautiful property! No connection to the front desk? Phone inoperable. Maybe we could only contact thru a QR code? Two containers in the shower, had shampoo but no conditioner and I like to back up for my phone for a wake up call. No way to arrange that.

Mattress was old & sunken in I would say it’s time to replace it, there’s no smoking at this facility but our hallway stunk of weed / marijuana like big time that nasty skunk smell but nobody did anything about it!

Like many older hotels, the room's carpet could use replacing. Would be nice to change out the room's carpet for LVT, it looks good, would make room look brighter and more modern, and it's easier to clean.
