Courtyard Kansas City at Briarcliff

This hotel was a wonderful surprise for us! There was a lovely bistro and plenty of conversation areas with televisions (watching the World Cup). Extremely comfortable and peaceful stay!

Slightly hard to find.

Everyone was very welcoming. We were in town for a concert that ended up being postponed due to weather so we were able to enjoy our evening with family on the terrace. Loved that they had a bar where we could purchase drinks and sit outside and enjoy time together. Whether got worse and tornado sirens went off and staff made sure that everyone was safe down stairs in a secured location. They went above and beyond bringing down water for those who were thirsty and helping reassure those who had a lot of anxiety.

I stayed at the briarcliff location due to its great location in proximity to my family that I was visiting. It was really nice being less than 5 minutes from there house. The staff was very friendly and overall it is a nice hotel.

TV remote batteries were dead in our room at arrival. No batteries or replacement remotes were available that night. Mini fridge didnt work, they fixed the next morning but it was back to not working that night. Only stayed two nights but room was not cleaned or towels exchanged during stay.
