Hampton Inn Bangor

Dog friendly and nice space to walk dog outside. Clean and for a dog friendly room didn’t smell like dog. Warm cookies in the lobby - total bonus. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly.

We didn’t use the amenities so we can’t comment.

The room was clean, we always got extra towels and wash clothes when asked. Great breakfast and access to hot beverages 24/7. The staff were very friendly.

Beds were good, but a little uncomfortable.

Breakfast included is nice but a few more options for pickie eaters would be nice little cups of cut up grapes or strawberries for simple eaters (kids)

The pool was unavailable which is the only reason we booked with this hotel because we have stayed before and loved it the pool being unavailable made my kids absolutely hate this trip we booked an extra night just to go in the pool and we’re very disappointed when we went down dressed in pool gear to a sign that said maintenance! Which is fine but when I type in the search criteria to book my room and specifically put indoor pool if yours is unavailable then it should say pool closed! I booked the room based on the indoor pool my kids enjoy it everytime we go to Bangor which is maybe twice a year so this was a bummer for our family vacation!
