Location fabulous in relation to proximity to the Volcanos National Park. Staff went above and beyond in terms of responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism.
Really, you have to be a nitpicker to find anything notable to criticize. Pillows too soft? Bed not quite firm enough for my liking? Yeah, I'm always looking for something. Bad on me. Great place. Great location. Beautiful grounds that were fun to explore with breathtaking fauna. Super courteous and helpful staff and way more affordable than staying in the Park. Go there!!

The location was amazing right off volcano nat park and the cottage was historic and interesting
Many things-way overpriced, misrepresented as fire places are all always inoperative, many small misses in cottage I realized after the staff were gone and no where to be found or reached to get coffee filters, towels at jacuzzi absent, jacuzzi way overchlorinated and icky water, and just not worth the price except for location which was amazing. Fireplace should really not be listed as an amenity.
