There was a misunderstanding between the booking agency and the hotel My reservation Was not recognized . However the gentleman Who worked the front desk (August 14th between 6 PM and 7 pm) Was very professional, helpful and courteous. He assisted in getting the matter sorted out!
The laundry area was not working so I had to find alternative. And the gym need a few more equipments

The hotel is pretty and seems updated. It was a nice layout for a king suite. For the price it was good but there were definitely issues
The room was booked for 3 people but there were only linens for two. The hide-a-bed had no linens or pillow for it. There were ants in the bathroom. The breakfast would have been good but it wasn't hot. The hand soap bottle was empty so we had to use the body wash from the shower. There is only one elevator and it was small and very slow.
