Great location to my event

When checking in. I requested an early check in. I was able to check in by 2pm. They had restaurants near by that i walked to. I found the event I was going to ask well. It worked out perfect

What did I like best about the motel? The bed WOW, I want to buy the mattress. The room was by the pool, which was cool. I had a few midnight swims. The room was nice, I will come back again if I'm in town, and I will stay with you

We need to get a better cable in the room. You have a very nice size T.V. but the cable suck. You need to get the Spectrum or Dish network. It did the job, but was not great.

The location was handy -- access is via a slip road off the busy 55. Crazy drivers in OC so be careful! There was a hidden jazz bar 100 steps from the hotel called "Celebrations" check it out! Hot tub was lovely but dark!

Room wasn't that clean, and the cheap laminate floors are just a terrible idea. We had people above us on the first night and it was really noisy -- we all woke up multiple times whenever they moved up there, and it sounded like there was something being dragged across the floor. Second night was better but hard to recover that much lost sleep. There should be privacy curtains on the windows. And we didn't like the plastic covers on the bed, it was like sleeping on bubble wrap. The fan didn't work in the bathroom...and the fridge was so cold it froze all of our food. Hot tub needs a light & the bubbles didn't work. All in all it was just rather run down, a little dirty and just meh. So sorry!

It was good for the value. Power went out a few times, and they fixed it rather quickly. At the front desk, John was amazing, but George was very unpleasant and rude. We didn't have a good night sleep on our second night due to noise. Otherwise, it was okay.

Great staff! Property needs maintenance

Helpful and cheerful staff. They were friendly and prompt. Fantastic! Bathroom and Wood/tile floor was clean. Fantastic food/brunch options only a block away.

Key card lock did not work, I had to be let into my room by the night staff. Road noise was super loud, made worse by a unclosable door that did'nt shut all the way, it had a crack as if someone tried to break in. Bathroom door was on bent hinges, super difficult to shut. Couch was dirty.

The bathtub has black mold and not going to bathe in that gross tub. I pull back sheets to lay down and saw a lot of black stuff on the sheets. I was not going to sleep there. If I can’t sleep or bathe in the place then that is it. Not good.

I liked the hotel, the level of service, the location, and I would definitely stay there again.

No breakfast. Room was not only very close to the pool but much more spacious than most "King" sized rooms I have stayed in. Maids came in every day, cleaned, made the bed and switched out towels. Office staff was inordinately kind and helpful.

Beautiful 55" Samsung TV in room. No instructions on how to use the strange little non-Samsung remote, and when you turned on the TV you only got 5 - 10 minutes of clear picture. After that the picture would pixelate and you'd lose the connection to the internet and you'd have to turn off the tv and start all over again. To watch a movie you'd have to repeat this process at least 12 times and for a TV show or the news you'd repeat the process 6 times. The company providing the internet service did not have a guide channel so, if you wanted to see what was on tv, you had to scan through the entire lineup.

The room smelled like smoke, it faced a busy street and we couldn't sleep. The door didn't seal completely. The floor was damaged and posed a tripping hazard. The bathtub has rust in it. The ice machine ran out of ice. There isn't an elevator and we had to haul our luggage up stairs.

Very disappointed-checked out a day early and found another room.

Hard to find, poor signage and entrance is easy to miss. Room was not cool when we arrived-took a while to get cooled down, check-in process was ridiculous-office was locked, night attendant was not available-we had to wait outside the lobby (in the dark-in a “Sketchy” neighbourhood) for at least 20 minutes … even after I had called to let them know when we would be arriving (10-10:30 PM). Had to checkin through a small hole in the window-attendant would not open door. Refrigerator in room ran and I had to wake-up several times in the night to adjust it so it would shutdown.

Very large screen tv in room, coffee maker, refrig, microwave,, pool, hot tub. Nice bath with good water pressure in shower. There is even a small coin laundry on site.
