Beautiful property, nice front desk staff, beautiful clean room, and comfortable bed, and very quiet.

Front desk staff was very nice and she upgraded me without me asking.

The concierge lounge was closed but she gave us a free app coupon to use in the restaurant but we didn’t get a chance to use it. Would’ve loved for the concierge lounge to be open instead.

I would definitely consider this property for any other stays in the area!

The facilities were super clean, everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly, and the in house dining was well worth it!

The only semi negative thing I have to saw is they could use better signage/ directions in the parking lot.

Beautiful hotel, fancy comfortable rooms!

The lobby is beautiful and the rooms were very fancy for the price! My family and I loved staying at this hotel. It was in a quiet area and was not too far from many of the things we wanted to do in Kentucky.

Nothing negative to report, this was an excellent location and would 100% book it again in the future if we’re in the area.

Unethical behavior of staff nasty behavior by night shift Guest service representative Andrew when asked to send water bottle he replied come downstairs and purchase the water.misleading information by Stephanie & Armarionie upon arrival and checking in the staff couldn't understand simple questions asked in English.when asked for free shuttle service to Churchill downs the girl gave me a private car service number which was out of service I was charged $400 to only pee in bathroom and sleep on bed there was no complementary items in the room bad smell noisy and loud sounds. Tv remote control was sticky to touch very dirty . I ll definitely not recommend Marriott to anyone. Not worth the money I spent.

Our stay was pleasant! The atmosphere was inviting and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was warm and the gym had variety of options. And we enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning.

The hot tub was closed but there was a sing informing us about the inconvenience.

The location and facilities in general are always on point. I normally have breakfast every morning when in town and it exceeds expectations generally. Thanks.

The customer service was lacking when I requested a room change at front desk. I am a Marriott Rewards member for many years, however, I booked thru a third party agency (Expedia) and I felt the difference. It was unfortunate. Thanks.

I love how friendly the staff was. They even participated in my little goof of putting a framed picture of Danny Devito in the room!

We were charged $5 for perking up on checking out, and the breakfast was $16 per person.

Great Service and great room

The room was very comfortable, after a long day from flying into Louisville it felt good to take a nice long shower, and great bed. I also liked that I could sign into my own streaming services. The one person who really stood out to me was Sybil at the front desk. She just made my day with her warm smile and friendly service. She went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Thank you for the amazing service and wonderful room. It was a perfecting ending to a long day Alicia R
