Really hard to put a score on this place. It’s a dated motel and so you get what you pay for. But it was clean, comfortable and the staff were all lovely. It’s a pretty big complex and they are doing the best they can with what they’ve got. The pool area and gardens in particular were exceptional but overall I think it’s hard to keep on top of all the maintenance for the buildings. It would require a huge budget to refit the rooms and I expect as you paint one part another needs doing. I reckon it’s a labour of love.
The top bed cover was very worn and would be a quick fix and the fridge was very noisey (some of the appliances are older than the guests!) but everything else was fine.

It was available still. Wouldn't have been our choice otherwise.
The property is definitely outdated and could use basic maintenance. It's also far from town center, so we ended up driving in and paying to park.
