Very friendly, clean
Water was not very hot, heater didnt get warm enough. I was staying because we had winter storm and I needed to be close to the hospital I work at. Handicapped parking was taken by cars that had no handicap tags or placards and so trying to get to the door in the deep snow with my Walker was not easy at all I almost fell several times plus with my heart condition I had to stop several times in the parking lot was not salted or cleaned in any way so it was very dangerous but the beds was comfortable and even though I had to sleep during the day since I work nights the noise level was low..

Breakfast was basic coffee,juice, cold cereal and waffles
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful the place was clean the entrance was inviting I would stay there again when in the area
Maybe offered some fruit and toast
