Filthy dump in the middle of nowhere. I have no idea how much they paid for those good reviews, but no one in their right mind would say a single nice word about this place. We stayed in many hotels on our way from Los Angeles to Philadelphia, but this one is by far the worst of them all. An absolute bottom-of-the-barrel place to stay.

Unfriendly host, filthy rooms, awful interiors, and a terrible location right next to a construction site in the very middle of nowhere.

Location relative to airport and price. Easy drive to return rental vehicle with gas close. Some room upgrades like new switches. Clean.

Neighborhood not the best. Check in host behind plexiglass shield makes property feel less secure.

Bugs in the bathroom, sketchy clientele would keep a lot of ppl away whom are the nervous type and very small pillows.

Sketchy property, dirty, infested and unkept rooms, with horrendous management. At least a dozen bikers sit in the parking lot all day and night, loitering on the stairs to the rooms and watching you as you come and go. The entire hotel room was damp (bed, floor, list goes on) my entire stay (almost a week, I wanted to leave but couldn’t get money back) and I had to buy a dehumidifier, but all my stuff was wet in the morning each day anyway. We had one soda (with lid on) on the counter and some fast food (properly put in trash) and the next morning our room was COVERED in ants! Ants all over the floor and table, I’ve attached pictures*** All this not to mention unreasonable and ridiculous management. I was staying with my SO and we brought a friend over to hangout for a while, however, AS SOON as we walked in the room the in-room phone rang. Management called and first thing they said, without a hello, was “how many people are in your room” I told him my SO, I, and a friend visiting, and he immediately said “ONE OF YOU HAS TO LEAVE NOW, IMMEDIATELY”. All of this coming from management in an EXTREMELY condescending and rude/mean way and tone. I was baffled. There was a potentially dangerous large biker gang loitering in the parking lot and harassing guests overnight several days and he was calling me because I wasn’t allowed to have a guest over, even for a short period of time. I addressed this with management and they said the parking lot was public property, which it obviously is not. So not only are they inconsiderate, rude, and negligent, but they are also either liars or very very uneducated. Management forced my friend out who wasn’t even staying overnight, while the biker gang in the parking lot watched. Unbelievable. Avoid at all costs.

The location was very convenient close to everything.

I had two rooms. Room 114 had barely any hot water couldn't even enjoy a bubble bath and room 146 had cockroaches.

The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the beds are comfortable. I stayed here multiple times and it is really good value.

The TVs are not working well, and I would've loved to have a coffee machine in the room. Other than that, nothing to complain about

We flew in from New York and needed a place to stay for the night, so we booked two rooms at the property as it was close to the airport. We were not expecting anything grand, just something clean, comfortable and affordable. The property met our expectations in that respect.

There was no breakfast option. But to be fair, the property was more of a motel than an actual hotel and breakfast usually isn't offered in motels. It is just a personal opinion that an added breakfast facility would have been great.

The property is clean and very comfortable. Best of all, it is affordable for budget travelers. Our flight was delayed so we reached the property well after midnight. The property has a 24-hour front desk so there was someone to check us in. They also responded promptly to all the emails and messages that I sent them before check in.

The property is about ten minutes' drive (approx.) from Chicago O Hare airport, but it takes about 20 minutes' drive to get to the city center.

It was reasonably quiet. Parking lot seemed less sketchy than the neighborhood.

The bed mattress was broken. The bathroom has some orange splattering on the walls. The sink doesn't drain. You choose either sub par water pressure or hot water. If you choose hot water you get less than a drinking fountain of water pressure. I asked for a receipt and got one nights worth. Staff less than friendly. We registered 4 people in the room and could only get 3 towels.

The truth is that the location next to the bus stop is ideal for going to the airport or the city center. The price-quality ratio is very good, and there are also places nearby to eat and shop. I didn't have any problems.

The hotel is near the airport, there are good option if you want to move on public transportation. You need to get a card for that. The internet was not working properly at the beginning then it was okay. The room was clean. The front desk people were nice and friendly Breakfast is not included but there was coffee at the reception all the time.
