There was an indoor pool which was great as we were in town to visit 2 grandsons who love to swim. The breakfast was delicous and the woman who was in charge of it was so personable and efficient.
We loved everything. The Front Desk personnel were helpful and very pleasant... all of them.

The staff, Dashaun and David (on desk, pm and am) were great. They were pleasant and helpful.
Both had to come to my room to turn on my live TV.
Your TV remote system is ridiculously absurd and difficult for a non techy senior.
Staying in a hotel after a 10 hr drive is not supposed to be frustrating.
You need to come up w a better system than 2 remotes. You needed both .

The breakfast was really good, and had plenty of options. I loved the fact that they had full size shampoo/body wash vs. small bottles elsewhere.
The staff on call when we checked in was not very helpful. Our room was not ready when we arrived and we were asked to leave and come back in an hour. After the hour, it still was not available. Ask us to go to the neighboring hotel, which did not have a pool. When we were FINALLY checked in, and made it to the pool, there were no towels available, after going to the front desk to get some, we were told they couldn’t give them to us, they would be delivered, 2 hours later, STILL NOT DELIVERED! The staff however the following morning were delightful, and the lady working the breakfast service was the most helpful of anyone we encountered.
