Dirty floor, windows, poor decoration in bathroom (eg toilet roll holder gap filler visible. Staff disinterested with anything we might say or ask for. We appreciate you have had some of the hotel closed for refurbishment but the Lobby and breakfast area was appalling. The place did not reflect the website photos or the price. Almost feels
