Great location and good space for our needs during the stay.
The electric stove inside worked poorly, but between the gas grill on the patio and the microwave inside I was still able to cook during the stay.

Being near the river and mountains
Jacuzzi did not work, hot water was spotty, shower head to tall & tiny. Lighting was horrible.
