We loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean and well kept. The location was great, and the surrounding area was great for our kids too.

Beautiful setting. Clean facilities. Excellence customer service.
Some loud guest in pool area but 10:00 quiet time helped.

The view of the surrounding mountains. And the wonderful customer service that we received. Food court was amazing.
The rooms are very outdated. The air conditioner made a lot of noise, made a complaint they try to fix it, but still very loud and they could not move us to a different room because the entire hotel was booked. And moving to a different room but a downgraded our original reservation room. I understand that this property is pet friendly, but they should centrally locate rooms on the bottom floor designated to pets only. Had a dog barking at 6 o’clock in the morning. Very annoying.. on the third (3rd) floor. For the amount of money that was paid definitely deserves a better stay.
