Property location was good

Too much mold in vents and pool area. Beds were so uncomfortable. Pay 10 dollars parking a night but nowhere to park but in another lot because multiple vehicles with no tags for parking or verification checks.

Wonderful stay, great breakfast, lovely staff!

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The price seemed very reasonable to include breakfast, and the breakfast was really good! Lots of choices, great biscuits, fluffy eggs, fruit for my yogurt, sausages, etc. The breakfast area is huge, and very clean. The manager also works at the desk, and she is friendly and welcoming. She’s proud of the facilities and treats both the guests and her staff with kindness and respect. Our room was near the Highway, but there were thick curtains that kept out the noise. The bed was very comfortable. It’s not too far from the train station (and the elevator at the bridge was great) and we were able to walk to either of the hot springs. It’s a great location, but be careful of the traffic. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, as it’s a great base for exploring Glenwood Springs.

Okay for a one night stay while traveling thru Glenwood

Location

Dated. While the lobby was well decorated, the rest of the facility was worn. The elevators were loud and dirty, reminding me of freight elevators. The mattress was hard and lumpy. The bathroom while appearing clean, had dirt and black in seams. They have a $10 parking fee that was not disclosed on the booking site nor included in the reservation.

The beds were really comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.

There were cracks in the ceiling and dead roaches by the windows. It was also a bit noisy. There was a whooshing sound coming from the walls all night

Not worth the price.

Location was great.

The hotel is old. In need of a lot of updating and repair. When things look like they’re falling apart, you just don’t feel comfortable (tile needs re-grouting, doors need to be replaced, carpet needs updated, etc.) One of the elevators broke down and the other one seemed to be on its last leg. In my opinion, it should not have cost us $200 a night.

The location was right off the highway, very close to the hot springs, and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The food at breakfast was bland and the same each morning, however the breakfast hours were good 6:30-10:00 is longer than most, with check out at 11:00 a.m.

Walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars, and the hot springs spa. Free drink when we checked in, which was a nice touch. Plenty of parking. Light, spacious room. Excellent breakfast!

The rooms were neat and clean.

The swimming pool was way too small for how many people you have staying at this facility. Also, the hot tub had almost no water in it. It was unusable. The last thing I will comment on is that your parking lot also is too small for the number of rooms you have. We were a later check-in and took the last parking spot available in the lot.

The hotel location is great. It's right off the interstate and easy to find. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean.

We did not eat breakfast at this hotel because options for gluten-free people we're very limited.

The property was very nice and clean, angel at the front desk is very professional and very friendly made you feel at home right away. The breakfast had a variety had to pick from the dining was very clean. Would recommend this to friends and family.

Everything I needed for a 3 night/ 2 day fishing trip.

The location was great. 10 minutes across the bridge to downtown or, even better, the river walk that will take you there. The breakfast buffet was really good. Usually I'd skip an included breakfast and go across the street to Rosi's Little Bavarian (❤️) but it was too good with lots of options. The outdoor seating area was great but there are a lot of motorheads in that area. In terms of value the place was booked solid so, as they say, "Nothing with a waiting list is overpriced."

I will not return

It is in a good location and the girls on the front desk are very friendly.

I was in the pool for an hour and there were a lot of children without adult supervision diving, which is prohibited. I tolerated it because they are children, but what I didn't like was that someone put a dog in the pool and took it out and came back in and put it back in, which I was watching for a long time, obviously from outside the pool. There are no cameras in the pool nor anyone to check the rules.
