The staff was absolutely amazing!
I should have caught his name, but he was a gentleman we needed towels, and he was so professional treated us so well and brought them up so quickly. We just really appreciate the service that he gave us and his professionalism.

Easy walk from train station; close to hot springs and historic town. Extensive breakfast with family friendly hours (6:30-10). We had connecting rooms for our family of 6, and they were clean, roomy and affordable. Beds were very comfortable!

Locations was convenient. Facilities seem good if you have time to use them. Big breakfast available.
We were cold and realized it in the middle of the night. Too late to go for a blanket. No quilt in room. Lots of noise from rooms and hallway at night.
Booking ad said free parking, but we are charged for parking and tax for parking!
