Our go-to anytime we are in Maryville for events at The Shed! Great location, biker friendly (mostly us older quieter folks), affordable and super nice folks. Have stayed many times, and never had an issue.

Second time staying here. Bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean and well equipped for a studio. Staff was very professional and friendly upon check in and check out. Rooms have been updated since our last visit. Very nice!

They had it all real scrambled eggs fruit breakfast was perfect great meal to start off your day and the room had coffee coffee pot great place highly recommend it

Clean room, great location

My husband and I liked the kitchen area. We also liked how spacious the room was. Staff was professional and polite.

Found spiders in the room. Miscommunication with staff during check in. Some of the lights in the bathroom were not working. Our room door would open with a push at times when it was fully shut and locked.

Bed was very comfortable.

We always stay here when we come down for a concert at The Shed. Older property, but well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. Excellent value. Staff is always wonderful.

How this place has such great reviews I really dont know. Maybe they gave me the worst room they had (216) my smoking preference was not listed on my reservation as I truly did not care which I got. Upon check in I was originally given a non smoking room I asked the gentleman if I could smoke outside as I am a smoker but I dont smoke indoors to which he replied yes I could. I headed out the door and was stopped by a female who advised I could have a smoking room so I said sure The reason I took it was because I figured better safe than sorry, if I took a non smoking room and announced I was a smoker they might penalize me for it saying I smoked in the room (I've had this happen at other hotels and had to go through my card issuer to get my damage deposit back) Now, since this was a smoking room I didn't expect it to be great. There were holes in the couch and of course it did have a smoke odor to be expected we opened the windows no bug deal. The refrigerator looked like someone used it as. Punching bag , and there were burn marks on the counter tops . The pictures in the photos are quite deceiving. The bed was so uncomfortable and quite honestly the cleanliness of the room didn't make me want to sleep on it so we just laid on top of it. We went outside the entire time to smoke , took the ashtray outside and disposed of my cigarette butts in the trash.. the towels did not appear to be clean or maybe they were but desperately needed bleach so they wpuld be white at least. Now to the best part. ... the security deposit. No big deal its to be expected typically shows a pending charge then is credited after check out. Not here. It was charged ( had to enter my pin number odd right?) I figured no big deal it'll work itself out if not i will just pay them a visit to get it worked out. Today after I checked out I noticed another attempt to charge me another 100.00 .

The lighting is very poor— only one side of the king bed had a bedside lamp, which made it awfully poor lighting for the person on the other side. And another corner of room really needed a floor lamp so I could see what’s inside my suitcase. When I asked, they were able to find another table lamp— but it really needs more than that. Also I recommend plastic or paper cups for the bathroom— to avoid having to use the glasses or mugs from the kitchen.

Basically like an apartment, hallway back to bedroom, full kitchen.

Room was as expected, very clean and the staff were nice.

The room had a comfortable bed, and a kitchen like we really wanted.

The bathtub was cracked, the shower rod was pulling out from the wall and sagging, the cove base in the bathroom was significantly damaged, a couple of light bulbs were out. The kitchen was not clean (sticky countertop), the dishes were not clean (visible food chunks), there was no dish soap in the room, there was a very limited amount of mis-matched kitchen ware. There were no lids, no cutting board, one tall glass and one short glass. There were no 'warm' color lights in the bedroom.

We totally enjoyed our stay! When we decided to stay an extra day there was no problem! It was a great stay!
