    Check-in was easy and quick, which is a great way to start a beach stay. Minor hiccup — misheard the room number and accidentally made fast friends with the folks in Room 10 🤷🏽‍♂️🤣 (shoutout to them for being cool). First impression: classic-style beach motel. The king studio offered a surprisingly large, open room with a kitchenette and dining table. Fully stocked with plates, glasses, and silverware. The room is a bit dated, but everything is clean, functional, and comfortable — which honestly matters more to me than trendy finishes. The shower had excellent water pressure (always a win after a beach day), and the overall setup worked perfectly for relaxing between outings. The pool area appears to have recently updated, giving it more of a small resort vibe than a basic motel pool. There’s also a Food Mart on-site, which was super convenient, and the prices were fair — no major beach-town markup. I know some people will be quick to point out that the property could use updates, but I’m firmly in the camp that values clean rooms, comfort, good functionality, fair pricing, and quick beach access — and this place delivers on all of that. If you’re looking for luxury finishes, this ain't your spot. If you’re looking for value, location, and an easy, comfortable beach stay — it absolutely is.
