Village Inn Clemmons-Winston Salem, Trademark by Wyndham

Huge room with great amenities. Close to shops, restaurants and stadium.

Outside bins need to be emptied more frequently.

It was clean. A little dated with carpet and TV small. My favorite thing was the registration lady. She made us feel like we were important and very welcomed. Give her a raise

Bed was high and soft

It is a beautiful and unique place to stay. Excellent people working there who are very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and will definitely be back when we are traveling in the future!!

Pay a $50 refundable damage free through booking. I get to the hotel and they are demanding that I pay an additional $100 damage fee in order to check in. After getting no help from staff i call booking to get it all sorted, hotel agrees to honor the $50 already paid but still makes me pay an additional $50 to check in. After all that fuss I get into the room and floors have clearly not been swept, very crunchy, stove in Kitchen did not work, TVs stuck on telemondo so we couldn’t use the TVs. Had to plug in the dirty room phone in order to use it. All the fuss for a $100 damage fee for a sub par room. 6/10 wouldn’t recommend. Staff was very rude, un welcoming, not helpful and were upset after talking to booking and making the accommodation for me to check in.
