It was an awesome experience. The tent was beautiful, the staff was nice and even though we had to share the bathroom facilities it was clean and stocked.
Unfortunately weather isn't something that was controllable. When we were there it was 30 degrees at night. My family is from Hawaii and that was too cold. We were told if we asked for extra blankets and hot water bottles they would come. We asked 3 times and no one came. At about 11pm we got the hot water bottles. It was too late we got sick and it ruined the rest of the trip. I wish we could have had a space heater like the one in the big tent.

Gorgeous views, close to West Yellowstone and National park entrance. Awesome camping vibe with accommodating staff and amenities.
Temperatures were very cold overnight during our stay, and although the beds with extra blankets kept us warm underneath, we had to feed wood to the stove during the night to keep the tent warm. Positive note: our water bottles stayed super cold for our next days hikes!! So we made the most of it:)

This is a glamping site with 104 tents. The tents have beds, chairs, heating stoves and lanterns. They also provide power banks for electricity. The concept and thought about customers was amazing, and so was the service. There were evening activities for guests staying on site, and the staff did everything in their power to make guests happy. The only thing not in their power was the weather - the rain and cold, which caused some discomfort.

Had to wait for hot water, coffee empty and s'mores. It seemed like there were not enough employees to keep up with the guests. There were no bath towels at one point when we were going to shower. And, after our room was refreshed which was nice, the person who cleared the ash from the stove must have done something because smoke filled our room in the middle of the night and fire alarm went off. Definitely not a good night sleep.
