Second visit. Our room was just beautiful. Right infront of the beach with private access to hotel guests. We were smelling cigarettes from the next room and they chaged the room immediately for a better condition.
Also has great indoor and outdoor facilities including jacuzzi and youth pool.

The pictures from the website do not show the room we stayed in. It also shows on the website that the rooms would be 1200 square feet. The room was maximum 400-450 square feet. 2 full size beds instead of 2 queen beds as advertised. The bathroom did not have AC in it therefore you wouldn’t be able to be in there for long or else it would get too hot. Back sliding door did not lock.
But at least there were no bugs. It was decently clean. All the small imperfections can be seen but it wasn’t terrible. The only thing is that everything wasn’t as advertised. The agreement policy is shown only after you pay for the hotel rooms. For example I booked a room in this hotel due to the fact that it had a bowling alley. Guess what? With Agonda you are not allowed to go to the bowling room. Also, when my wife was using the fan that the Agonda association provided it started to spark. She put it down right away and did not use it. Basically I would have rather spend an extra 300 dollars in order to actually stay in the hotel and get the room that was advertised.
What I am getting at is show the people the actual rooms they are getting. Show the people what attractions are available to them and what attractions are not.
