I really like the location of the place because it is close to all the restaurants, shoreline park and museums that I wanted to go too. Plus it only a short walk to the train station so I really enjoyed the walk ability to and from my room.
My room was a bit cold to me and the lack of a way to reheat food. A microwave would have been great to have in the room.

It was conveniently located near the zoo. Had instant hot water with a good flow of water from the shower head, firm mattress with choice of soft or firm pillows.
Pictures on the website need to be updated because they do not accurately depict the current conditions of the motel. I should have paid attention to the previous reviews of the property. Parking is an additional $20 and is very limited. Facilities need some “TLC”. One elevator that was super slow. First room key I was given, someone was still in the room. Seems like the motel is a long term stay (I was told up to 28 days). Homeless camped outside door.
