Not very clean considering we had to put a deposit down. Room smelled of cigarettes after requesting a smoke free room.

water pressure was good and temp held steady, Wi-Fi good, 4 pillows good, large room

TV remote did not work, had to another one from checkin desk. Floor slippery by bed, maybe from a lotion of previous guest, reported it when I left. Microwave after finishing time would not open – had to press stop/clear to allow door to release. No coffee/hot water maker, frig w/o freezer,

Great staff and hotel

The front desk lady and all the staff were very kind and helpful. All of them even the maintenance man offered to assist me. The room was clean. There were no bedbugs or roaches, it was quiet, and I got a good nights rest. If I’m ever in town again I will definitely stay here.

EXTREMELY loud clientele. One couple fought through the night. Police came twice. I was there for a medical visit to U of T medical center. On no sleep and aggrevation half the night, my blood pressure was very high when I arrived at 9am.

I would return there over any of the local motels in Heartbeat

When I went there and stepped into the front service area the girl at the desk greeted me with kindness of great smile and good personality she was fun for me energetic and outgoing she was not judgmental by any means.

I like the fact that it was quiet there wasn't very many people running in and out it didn't look like a prostitution area and it didn't look like a crack house most of the motels that are in that area are run down and bad poor area.

One fellow pinch hit to check me in after I waited around and tracked him down; he was fine. Prior check-in person apparently just walked off the job.

No check-in person when I arrived. Smoky smell everywhere. Room half "renovated."

Disappointed don't waste your time or money

Nothing. I was scared to even stay there. They showed us a room and the bed looked like it had already been slept in and the tub was filthy with a dirty towel under the sink. Halls were filthy also. They were trying to get 5 star reviews by giving out $5 McDonald's gift cards.

Disgusting.

The front desk guy was nice and tried to make it right.

I originally reserved a deluxe king room and when I arrived they didn’t have one available. The first room they put me in with 2 full beds was absolutely disgusting. Visibly filthy surfaces. Nasty tub that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Gross toilet that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since 1972. I went downstairs to ask why it wasn’t the room I had reserved and was given a new room with two full beds. This room’s AC was completely broken (the buttons were way down inside the unit, as if they had fallen) and wasn’t much better cleanliness-wise. We moved back to the other room where you could see the filthy mattress cover through the sheets. Bugs both alive and dead on the walls. Other peoples hair on the pillow cases and sheets. Cigarette burns on the blankets in a SMOKE FREE room. I didn’t even let me pet out of her crate as I was legitimately worried about getting bedbugs. This was hands down the worst Motel 6 I have EVER been to. I could go on and on, but this was just TERRIBLE.
