Room smelled like cigarettes. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Roaches in the bathroom. An unavoidable feeling of perhaps maybe you’ll get stabbed the next time you step out of your room, but there are security cameras, but I don’t know if that’s for police use or your guys use. Also, it would’ve been nice if you had a change machine or able to accommodate more quarters at the front desk and not have me make a trip to my bank at three in the morning just to wash my clothes in your laundry mat.

Horrible, ghetto trashy hotel

Absolutely nothing the whole property was disgusting!

Be warned this is in a very ghetto part of town. There’s literally shady people hanging all around. Our car was nearly broken into stay far away from this place. Trust me do not take your family here.

Would prefer their another location in Santa Ana which is better than this one.

The AC did not work for the room given. I waited for 30-40 mins for it to work. Then raised complain then they started saying we can’t change room since you have used the bed as we were lying on the bed. Had to request the girl at reception multiple times to make it done and was asked to tell in 5 mins if the new rooms AC is working or not. Not very comfortable stay for a family.

The room was very clean, new and comfortable. The staff, especially Sandra, were friendly and helpful.

The outside was not up to the high standard of the room. Trash, dirty sidewalks, junk piled around.

Clean and easy access to freeways. Helpful and friendly staff. We left our squash racquets behind when we checked out. They let us go into the room when we returned to collect.

Laundry room had no coin change machine and front desk was unable to change coin either.

Adequate

The housekeeping staff was very good. They left soap and they mopped the floor every day. The hotel is close to the Santa Ana zoo close enough to walk.

The trash truck comes at 5:30 in the morning, come along the side of the hotel all the way to the back, empties the trash and then back out of the parking lot beeping at 5:30 in the morning! Every other morning I found two cockroaches in my room during my stay.. and one fell into my ice bucket when I went to use the ice machine. The hotel does not ask for a description of your car when you register. There were cars parked there for days with people, probably living in them, even though they weren’t supposed to be on the property. The room smelled like cigarette smoke, even though you weren’t supposed to smoke there it had a very distinctive odor.

Hotel is in a decent location. Hindu manager is very nice.

The front desk is horrible. White girl who works the weekend. Will fight you. She is extremely ego driven, rude, and obnoxious. She will be rude to you. Snatch your card out of your hand. Jump against you, then flip the script on you. She needs to be dealt with or fired. They have black worms crawling out their bathroom sinks. And worms will appear on your cars when you are parked. The hotel is unclean in general. Lots of gay men are banging on doors at 3am for their lovers. Lots of Marijuana smells. Weed smokers. Dope dealers pull up their luxury cars to sell dope to the guest with tented black windows. Crazy homeless people on fentenyal hang on the grass area of the hotel that don't have rooms. And across the street on the bus stop looking like straight zombies. This motel 6 is owned by a slum landlord.

Perfect for a me and my dogs

I like the late check out and friendly housekeeping staff. The front desk staff was also very friendly and helpful and accommodating. Overall, the staff in general is great and made everything easy for me during my stay. Much appreciated! I also like that they provide bags for doggie cleanup.

There is a fenced courtyard area with grass in the center of it but the gate is kept chained and nobody is allowed access. It looks like they are using the area for storing old air conditioning units. The area looks like a good place for dogs to play but nobody can go in there. Also, both of the dryers in the laundry area are out of service.

Stay away from this motel six specially if you’re looking for comfort.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had in this motel 6. It was the dirtiest experience I’ve ever experienced, completely unprofessional staff. If you’re looking for comfort, this is not the place to come. Only drug addicts and homeless check in here. The maintenance team does not care about keeping this hotel clean. Don’t come here.

It was great!!

I stayed here for 3 weeks attending a training in the area and close to Disneyland. It was comfortable and clean. I appreciated Paulina cleaning my room almost daily. I would’ve appreciated a microwave. But other than that, it was very convenient and priced appropriately.

Worst Motel Staff and needs new Manager to actually train their staff better

What I didn't like is that now one told me to register each visitor, now I'm not the only person at this place where they come and go , so disrespectful and they didn't want to give the deposit back, the room was fine and nothing was broken when I left for class. I've had others tell me they have helped out other friend and gotten them the room for them to stay it was me and another guest , yes cameras were there and on but no one has ever not gotten their deposit back just because of guests in and out and never stayed over night. They need to train their staff better and learn proper Motel Customer service and proper hotel hosting. It seemed like the staff had amnesia couldn't even even remember the guest who asked for 2 beds and did not give me the booking.com room pricing. They had said to come back and get my 100 dollar deposit and then all of a sudden they switched and said I am on the do not rent list...for the 1st time when no one told me anything otherwise, and I had pad cash and they still tried to charge me after the fact I had paid then in full already.... They decided to call the cops because I was asking for my deposit which I paid 100 deposit cash and they were gonna return the next day at 1pm in the afternoon.

It was a clean-cold room but smoky and not worth it against the price they charge for 3 nights

The room was okay and the AC was working very well. Nightstands with power sockets helped a lot. The room was clean as well. There was a little working refrigerator. The clothes area had extra hangers and the restroom also had a small hook to hang your towel. Mirrors are good and big. Parking was easy too.

Although it was claimed that the room was non-smoking but still every time we entered the room it was somehow smoky which is the bad part. The sink is super tiny and the drain was so bad. The entry door lock was super bad every time we had to insert the card key 10 times to make the lock light green so that it could unlock.

Will not be staying at a motel 6 again.

Location was decent.

Front desk was locked when we arrived at 7pm, had to call the office and no one answered but a moment after an employee came around the corner and unlocked the door. Was told no smoking was allowed in room but when we walked in the room it smelt like smoke and we traveled with our infant so we were beyond disappointed. AC was on at 60 degrees could not change temp nor would it turn off.
