Had to be in town for a full day in Burlington. Stayed here rather than commute home (about 1 h).
Excellent decision. Affordable and close by. Very nice staff.
Some noisy late night returning guests. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.

Location was near where we needed to stay. I have stayed at multiple Microtel locations and they are usually clean and in good repair. Not this one. To be fair, it seemed clean, just looked worn.
The room was in need of repair. The sink looked like it was coming off the wall, the moldings on the bathroom floor were torn away in a couple of spots and the room looked worn. The tech was outdated, could not cast to the old, small TV. On arrival, the front desk person was grumpy/officious and locked the front doors very early...made me wonder about the location.
