    The lobby looks nice, but the rooms are outdated, floors and tables were dirty, and there was a strong moldy-carpet smell throughout the hotel. My bathroom flooded, the AC barely worked, and staff were not accommodating when I requested a room change. Overall, the cleanliness and service were disappointing. I’ve stayed at other Comfort Inn locations that were much more modern and well-maintained. Unfortunately, this Nashville location was not a pleasant experience, and I would not recommend it.

    This was the halfway point for our road trip with our toddlers. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel was CLEAN!! Staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze!! Highly recommend.

    Staff is more about their phones and streaming video than guests. Have to ask to have food refilled. Guest computer not working upon arrival. Laundry service out of order for a long time according to staff. Elevator not working also for some time. WIFI does not work at the end of the halls and they have not installed wifi extenders. I had need of a computer on my travels so I had to sit in the lobby to get adequate wifi. There was one employee on night shift that kept busy propping the eating area for the morning then stayed in the morning because the manager need to do some other function. Indoor pool with no AC so you got a swim in the sauna.
