A very clean and maintained facility. The only contact we had with the staff was at check in. Not a bad thing just unusually .
We would have preferred the room to include two hand towels rather than sharing a single one at the lavatory.

Clean room, refrigerator was nice and bathroom was clean
no extra door chain for security so felt vulnerable, check out time is 10am not 11am. no coffee pot in the room or continental breakfast. Staff was very dry and stiff personality so not welcoming and did not make the visit feel hospitable. The lack of chain lock on the inside of the door and no coffee mean we will not book again at this hotel but it was a clean room and good as a place to just sleep.
