A good size family apartment for a family of four. A small sitting area in the front, and a fig tree with in a reach! Spotlessly clean and our housekeeper (lovely lady) deserves a compliment for her work and nice chats! Beautiful view from the sitting area and the common grounds in front of the apartment building.
All the staff was really helpful and nice. Parking was a great plus for us.
The apartment had run down furniture (broken chair) and things in kitchen were very worn out and outdated. The bathroom had been remodeled nicely .... and they really should have kept on going with the rest!
The distance from the hotel itself is quite long (we knew the distance from the info from the booking website), and it got tiring after a while.

The residence was fantastic, we are happy we chose this room instead of the hotel. We were able to use all the amenities of the hotel. The cleaning lady was so nice and our room was always clean. Ciro at the beach was always available. Front desk people were very helpful.
The spa was not up to standards for the hotel. The ladies were not very nice but I did get a refund. The hotplate in the residence.

Sometimes the walk to the hotel but that's not a complaint, it's just me being lazy
