Y’all need to fire the lady that cleans them rooms because obviously she’s not cleaning them. She’s re-putting the same

The staff kept giving me the runaround for the manager

I stayed at room 137. When I was in there getting dressed I had seen a roach on the wall killed it paid it. No mind that was the first red slack. Then they only had a smoker room that they put me in then when I was laying down, I felt a roach crawling on me and slapped it come and find out it was a roach went and told him he switched me rooms. The second room the bedding had hair all on it and a roach blasted on the wall and they offered me $25 but never received it never will stay here again. this was on February 17, 2026.

I liked that it was a quiet spot and it had a soul about the area monitored with law enforcement and also good security A Good place to spend time With your Wife

What i didnt like was that it was dirty and I couldn’t get the shower to get hot at all not only that I seen a bug that I had to hide from my wife seeing and that made me really upset, now hear this when I left in the morning I forgot my wallet and when I got to the beach guess what it was 11:25 I realized I didn’t have my wallet to which I ran back to the hotel nobody seen my wallet i said okay they made me a key for the room get this I go up the stairs and behold the room i was in door was open so I’m like okay i go up in the room i look around i dont see nothing so I wait there for a few minutes and observe my surroundings i see a lady cleaning another room right next door so im like okay i go ask her if she see my wallet you know what she told me she said me no speaka English no lie she said that so I see this other lady coming my way and just assume she speak Spanish and she did and she asked her one time and she asked her in English and she said ohhhhh wallet, im like okay now it’s some ish going on and I can’t have that so yeah what I didn’t like is they tried to play me so if you go there before you leave your room make sure you got all of your belongings

I was in a non-smoking room, and yet my duvet cover was RIDDLED with cigarette burns. The sheets were damp to the touch - I was too exhausted to ask to have them changed, so I slept very uncomfortably. Also, I was charged twice by mistake, a huge inconvenience.

The staff was very nice. It was quiet at night. Convience store across street and In and Out next to hotel.

I would advise to not use Klarna to pay for payment. I paid using Klarna and when I got to the hotel they never received payment which lead me to paying again and now I still owe Klarna. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Good Spot, but Not Very Good Experience

We liked the easy access to stores and stuff in Westminster. Staff was friendly.

We didn't like the number of transient people that were staying there. There was one man who was clearly on drugs walking around bothering people. During the 2nd night of our stay, the people in the room next to us were very loud, and it was obvious there was some sort of altercation that occurred in their room. Also, the blankets on the bed had what looked like cigarette burns on them. There were also several spiders throughout the small room.

Shitty rooms

The toilet wouldn’t flush, then the staff member wanted me to plunge it but there was no water pressure, horrible situation. The A/C didn’t work in our room & it’s the middle of summer! They would have the microwave one day then the next they didn’t, the ice machine was crusty as hell! The staff was so nonchalant about everything it’s annoying AF. Like the reason I picked motel 6 because you guys have a good reputation the I’ll leave the light on for you slogan, not going to lie very very disappointed.

The staff was awesome, with great customer service, and the room was clean. Excellent location by the 405. You can pull up and park your car directly in your room. No deposit is required.

The staff went above and beyond my expectations!

The staff was amazing! I arrived a bit early, so I asked if they could check me in early. They did not over promise, which I respect, but they said I could come back in an hour to check. When I came back, I was able to check in. It wasn’t much earlier from the normal check in time, but it was early enough to make an impression on me. Thank you for that!! Also, I ended up having a medical emergency in the middle of the night so I went to the ER. After things calmed down a bit and I was able to get a sense that I wasn’t going to be admitted but before I knew for sure when I would leave the ER, I called to let the hotel staff know that I might possibly check out late. I wasn’t sure if I would check out late, but I at least wanted the staff to know. The lady I spoke with offered me an hour grace period with check out. I was so grateful for that. Luckily I did not need the extra hour, but I’m so very grateful for how accommodating the staff was. Thank you so much! If I ever need to stay in the area again, I will choose this location.

Cockroaches ruined my stay.

I thought it was decent for the price at first until I started seeing all the cockroaches coming out from under the TV, and then everywhere else in room, and I had to go purchase a can of Raid myself since management wouldn't take care of the problem when I complained to them. The other issue I had was no fridge or microwave in room.

Good Value for a Comfortable Room

Location was on an easy to access main street, as well as being close to the freeways. It felt like a fairly safe neighborhood to be in, with lots of restaurants and amenities close by. The parking lot was well lit and a member of staff was always onsite.

There was a lot of traffic noise, but there's not much you can do about that. The driveway also was shared with a very busy In & Out burger restaurant so it was sometimes a bit of a challenge to get to the parking lot.
