Room was nice and comfy, bed was nice, pillows very soft
There was only one set of towels in the room, there was also a wet towel on the bathroom floor, towels are VERY small.

Convenient location to the airport. Great value considering other options in the area.
The kiosk check in was confusing as I paid when I booked. Would have appreciated a detachable shower head.

Convenient to the airport after a late arrival in SBA.
The a/c unit was dirty near the vents with dust and debris that I cleaned (at 11:30om) so that I wasn’t breathing that in all night. The towels were so small the wouldn’t cover a teen let alone a grown adult. Check in was ridiculous in that there was a worker there but I HAD to use the automated receptionist that was glitching…I had to insert and reinsert my id like 6 times when I had been traveling all day and was tired. It would have been nice to just let a REAL person take care of me without the frustration!
