La Quinta by Wyndham Houston New Caney

It was very clean and well maintained. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.

That i was able to book n reserve online with no prepayment but mainly Ms Mariahs patience and very helpful to finding a solution to an issue i was having with my card.pool was clean it was nice n quiet at night ac worked really well very clean a Lil pricey on the snacks n drinks but that's OK would have loved to tried the breakfast it smelled good but was on my way to work superb stay very happy n will be my go to when I'm n town

My room was right on the first floor, I like that. My stay was pretty nice. I have no complaints about this hotel.

The breakfast could be better need more selection in my opinion. Otherwise no complaints.

Unfortunately I’m sending this review just because I received it but I can’t in good conscience review it because we didn’t stay there. What I can tell you is I have stayed at the LaQuinta in New Caney many years ago and was perfectly satisfied with it.

We didn’t end up going because their elevator wasn’t working. My husband has a bad back and shoulder that needs surgery and we canceled the reservation. The hotel was kind enough to refund our money. My husband is older and wasn’t capable at this time to carry heavy luggage up to the third floor. I would highly recommend this hotel since they listened to my situation and took it seriously. I am forever grateful and will definitely have family that comes to visit to stay in this hotel.
