    The room so nice & clean... but the toilet was smelly ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ

    We called at noon to confirm our check in time and were GUARANTEED a 4:00 pm check in. We arrived at 4:00 pm and they told us our room would be ready in 5 min. When we went to the room the cleaners were just starting because apparently an "elite guest" had requested a later check out. We did not get into our room until 5:15 pm and had a 5:30 rehearsal dinner which we ended up being very late for. The staff was very unhelpful. Our family had 3 rooms booked for 2 nights and I asked that 1 night be comped. They refused and were very rude about it. The rooms were never cleaned. The AC in our room did not work which made getting ready in a rush terribly uncomfortable. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Will never go back.
