I live in Desert Hot Springs and when I stay here, it feels like I am on vacation.

This facility needs to be shut down, it is filthy and disgusting has not been cleaned in many years with thick dust and debris all over the carpet. The rooms smell when you walk in and the filter and ventilation system is thick with dust. The restaurant service was the worst I’ve had in years and I had to complain to the manager for reimbursement because the waitress had such a bad attitude. There is no room service or make up of the room, if you want clean towels, you have to turn in your own used towels to get new ones at the front desk and when we did so there were none available. The toilet would not fill to flush so they had to call in a plumber that took over an hour to come up. There was only one washcloth, no extra toilet paper. Enter at your own risk.
