Loved it except the parking and the pot smell in the elevator and hallways.

The property was very clean and easy to find what we needed.

I didn’t like that we arrived late at night and had to park on the backside of the hotel because of limited parking in front and the door on the back was locked and only able to be opened with a keycard. I understand wanting it locked for safety but it was a hassle to have to carry/wheel our luggage around to the front to check in—especially being two young girls with no male presence.

GREAT STAY IN LOUISVILLE

Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day. Eric at the reception is very kind and helpful. We had a very nice stay during Equip Expo, it's only 15min away from the show. Highly recommended. Large parking lot.

Very nice hotel for the money we paid.

Excellent breakfast. Bathroom had some paint drips that showed a lack of attention to detail.

A group of about 15 children woke us up running up and down the halls screaming at the top of their lungs. This went on for about an hour before we finally got up and said something to them.

I liked the location and the pool

There was a water leak and made the floor in front of the sink soaked, the bathroom light was going out, the bathtub faucet was stuck halfway in the shower position and I could not change it and the room ceiling light went out halfway through my stay.

Not the best stay i have had

Asked for extra pillows, was told we would have to come to the front desk to see if there were any available. My husband to the front desk, thry gave him 1 pillow said that was all they had. They did not provide a pillow case for it. The bed was VERY uncomfortable. Did not sleep much at all. Would have been a little better had we been able to get extra pillows to make it more comfortable. There also appeared to be mold around the tile in the bathroom.

Restful time weekend

You feel very welcome when you walk through the doors..The front desk customer service is very friendly I have to give a shout out to Eric he's very friendly with a genuine heart. The room we had was very clean and spacious..it's was very quite both days we stayed and it was alot of people there the over all weekend stay was great! The breakfast was a complete full breakfast ..there is no way a person can complain about the breakfast at this hotel you will definitely leave from the breakfast area satisfied! You cant go wrong with this hotel and they also have 24hr coffee will definitely be back when coming back to Louisville

Beware of the slippery bath tub! As soon as you get in enter with caution and don't move around to much because you will definitely slip! The pillows on the bed are to small i caught myself rolling off them little baby pillows a couple times

The breakfast was amazing with a variety of things, rooms was very clean staff very helpful.

We loved our room! We loved having a living room and bedroom feel, felt like a one bedroom apartment it was nice! The beds were so comfortable and the room was very nice and clean! Very quite and clean hotel. Staff was super nice and helpful! Breakfast was very yummy and the kitchen area and tables was clean. Nice pool area! Very happy with our stay, we definitely recommend and will be back to stay!

The pool area was very nice but the water could be warmer! There was days the kids couldn't swim long one day because the water was cold, so that was a little bit of a bummer. Also the pool area gets super hot at times in there. The water pressure in the shower wasn't the best. Not many complaints here!

The best place to stay in Louisville!!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel!! This Best Western was beautiful, very clean, and super friendly check in staff. There was a hot coffee bar, open all the time. It was located in the lobby. The hot breakfast was amazing! It had sausage, omelets, hash browns, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, muffins, and fresh fruit. It also had a heated indoor pool! The location was really great. Close to what we like to do when we come to Louisville. The bed was perfect and the pillows were amazing. The a/c kept the room nice and cool. My husband and I are making this our hotel we stay at when we go to Louisville. If you are looking for a nice, clean place with friendly staff I would recommend this hotel!
