Didn’t appreciate bing contacted by the property staff inquiring about the T.V remote control as it was in the rm prior 2 me cking out however the maid did Not find it. However they did end up finding it on side of 1 of the beds… The rm was clearly Not cleaned well!

I loved the spacious room and space and the view of the pool staff was friendly and Alberto was very helpful to my family and I thank you

The only thing was the room had someone’s old clothes in the closet and trash was left in trash can with a bag over it I did call about the lights not working but was fixed immediately the location was fair enough to make me want to stay again we ene take a funeral service

Worked for the price but would not stay again.

We stayed for 7 days and you cannot beat the price for a week-long stay. Location was great. We divided time between LA county and OC. Being right off the 60 freeway made navigation extremely easy, as well as being closer to Whittier, which is a nicer area than El Monte (saying as an LA county native local to Whittier/Norwalk area). The beds were also comfy, which worked since we were there on vacation and didn't stay in the rooms much.

Toilets flushed weird, little bugs/gnats in our room, bedroom doors didn't close all the way, lots of random hairs in clean towels, key cards locked us out at night, loose outlets, thin walls/loud neighbors, the room was outdated and so were the appliances (microwave, mini fridge), couch was extremely uncomfortable, the air circulation was also terrible; only cold air in bedrooms and not living room.

Only stay here if you couldn't afford anywhere else.

The staff was very accommodating. The beds and sheets were clean. We had enough room for the three of us.

The tile floor was broken in the bathroom. I worried that if we changed rooms the next one would be worse. The whole place needs to be repainted and refurbished. It hardly looks clean there. Also the cleaning staff doesn't go to the rooms everyday which I found odd. And it was very inconvenient because our trashes got full. I got charged $310 for two nights and and feel like I would have been better off doing Airbnb. I really don't want to stay at this place again.

Just needed a place close by for where my wife was going to run the tacos and beer 5k but would not stay here again

A little run down and needed some maintenance in both the room as well as the overall building.

Front door bolt didn’t lock, elevator was past its inspection and everything was very dirty/ rundown.

Decent for price point and very nice employees.

The employees were very kind and checking in and out was very easy!

There was a cockroach in our room and raccoon by the pool. There was also an incident in which police had to be called about another guest and it was pretty scary as we were traveling with kids.

Dont expect more than the bare minimum

Im sure the "free parking" is included in the price of the hotel, but at least we did not have to pay additional for parking.

We stayed for four days and room service NEVER showed up to clean our room. We had to ask for towels each time. Usually, other place we stay at, there is a toothbrush in a plastic wrapper but we did not have that at all and the soap was very flimsy and cheap.

Everything was very dirty, the old towels, the very small bathroom, leaks in the air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, old furniture and smelling bad.

The stay was okay, but there were many cosmetic flaws that need to be fixed.

The room was big and the staff was friendly.

The furniture in the room was worn. The sofa had holes in it. The dresser had many cosmetic issues, and had parts peeling off. The bathroom also had cosmetic issues and the shower head was leaking with tape holding it together. In the bedroom, the sheets were stained with something brown.

The price and location were exceptional.

The jacuzzi didn't work. The pool area is very outdated and poorly maintained. The handle on the bathroom shower was broken. The toilet didn't flush well. The TV wasn't mounted properly and was crooked. One light switch was broken. One lamp light bulb was out. Overall this place needs way better care and attention. Great potential, but poor management.
