Strong smell that they are using for clean

Very clean and spacious rooms. Top floor was super quiet. Walking distance to plenty of convenient store. And a free breakfast. Will stay again.

Harley dealership next door can be a little loud at times (they were having an event one day) but that’s not the hotels fault.

Very clean inside and outside! Staff was very friendly. Pool area was clean.

In my opinion the breakfast, while not terrible, was definitely not as good as some hotels. The sausage was in a crockpot of water and the eggs were very watery. The waffle mix was also very thin and watered down. Other selections were good and the normal hotel breakfast

The breakfast was was good. Vegetables was different served with breakfast, but we actually enjoyed vegetables.

The kitchenette that we had, had a very small microwave that we could hardly use. I was expecting a regular size microwave not a tiny one. The front desk staff was not friendly at all. The site says family friendly, not true at all. I booked a suite because it's bit larger than most rooms because I've four kids. I was told that I had to get a second room or not stay there. If I checked out they couldn't tell me how long it would take for my refund. And with this trip being a budget trip going somewhere else and waiting for my refund wasn't an option. So I was forced to borrow money to get a second room and have two of my kids stay in a room alone, and the closest room was five rooms down the hall. Also my family overheard the staff yell and argue at a guest when they were checking in, about their reservation was wrong. Also if it rains just a little they close the pool all day.
