Stayed out of convenience on a long road trip, and were surprised by the comfort and excellence of this hotel.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds, and a surprisingly excellent breakfast. The hot tub was hot and we were able to walk to Bin707 restaurant.

There is a city-mandated $11/night parking fee.

Awesome spot off main street!

Location was perfect! We were able to get a decent price for two nights. Liked the ability to walk main street with my boys and not have to drive everywhere! Modern rooms that were tidy and comfortable!

Pool and hot tub smelled heavily of chlorine. Pool was milky and the visibility was poor. I couldn't see the bottom of the pool. We decided not to use it which was disappointing as the kids were excited. I was going to test the chemicals myself as it seemed someone just dumped chemical in without out considering proper balance. However, I left my test strips in my other vehicle at home. I've managed large properties for years. I know it can be difficult to keep everything perfect. Pools are a maintenance nightmare. However, they can be a visual disaster for guests. If you have a pool you have to make sure at minimum the Chlorine, PH, and clarity are on point. Otherwise, you will have some complaints. Besides this everything was fantastic! I appreciate the hard work maintenance, housekeeping, and front desk staff put in!

Not good if you have a family, nice but extremely noisy

Pool was nice but very small

Walls are so thin we could hear neighbors on both sides talking clearly, toilets flushing, even people partying and someone throwing up. Not a good place for young kids as it was impossible to sleep with all of the noise.

Too Expensive!

The front desk staff was fantastic. Professional and kind and very approachable.

The room design and layout is unbelievably awkward. The glass door on the separate toilet and shower was very uncomfortable and light shines through leaving no privacy or peace when someone has to leave early in the morning. The couch was dirty and stained. The center light on nightstand did not work. All other lights were too bright and did not give a feeling of comfort.

Great location....but expensive for a mediocre hotel.

Location is great-close to shops and restaurants on Main Street. Bed was very comfortable and a/c worked well.

Daily parking fee of $11 should be highlighted when making reservation/notify guests at check-in that they need to request daily housekeeping/towel change if they want it each day/when requested, clean towels were left in a pile on the couch and used towels never removed from the room/two main light bulbs were out and once replaced, only one worked as expected (clearly an electrical wire issue in the room we were in (327)/Room smelled sour
