They accept pets.
They are not an extended stay. That they do not let you know they require a deposit when you first reserve your stay. You find out about the deposit the day that you go to the hotel to check in. So if you did not have the unexpected deposit then you do not get to stay at their hotel. Which that causes a hardship on the customer.

Good price. Handy location. Adequate accomodation for a few nights in town for an event. Things were relatively quiet and didnt see any problems. Have stayed here before and the area seems down a notch but still seemed ok place. Would probably stay here again.
Driveway needs repaving to fix holes and property could use a mild facelift. But ok for a budget motel.
