Dirty old holes in walls toilet and tub were painted and flaking beds were squeaky torn up box spring. Homeless people probably wouldn’t want to stay there. I left and got a room at a reputable hotel.

It was clean and simple

There’s no lobby. Just a glass window

Not a lot of over crowding parking lots

They put you so far in the back they don’t utilize the front of the property which was weird

Very noisy from traffic but that can’t be helped.

Property was fine but the people working on parking lot worked too late and had me move my car a few times.In my defence I was told by to lass at desk to park where I did.I spoke with Kevin the manager/owner and he was very kind & understanding

I said in above comment.The noise all night from construction workers on parking lot.Location is odd.But I was fine but me cat Dhani is freaked out by any noise but he came reluctantly on the 4th day

They woke to move my car for they were tarring the lot and painting past 11pm.I was asked to move me car 4 times.I borrowed a broom n dust pan to clean the room.Asked for towels,got none.I took all my trash out myself yet the man there took 200$ for my cat.My cat stayed 2 of of 6 days.He is well trained and I cleaned his box meticulously.They might have seen a couple granules of cat litter but NO cat soil.I expect my account to be credited that 200$.They said I didn’t disclose I had Dhani my cat.Booking.com clearly stated he was allowed and free.They lied saying he soiled the room.I dropped a piece of Flying pizza by bed but I wiped that up.I phoned the motel 5 times this (Saturday)morn as instructed by national motel 6.They wouldn’t answer!

It’s between a loud muffler shop and a highway (but had I been aware I’d gone elsewhere.I sold my house and was waiting for my new house to be ready.I’m in my house now.

Bed was comfy, shower was great

1st room smelled like cigarettes so bad we had to switch rooms. Second room didn't smell as bad. Shower rod was falling off wall

Possible bed bugs I woke up bit and by noon I had multiple bites swollen on my arms and legs and ankles.

My bed sheets were dirty, the hair dryer stopped working, and when I told the front desk, the staff member didn't seem concerned at all. On top of that, I noticed black mold growing on the ceiling, which is not only unpleasant but also a serious health concern. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I don't believe I received the quality or comfort I paid for. I feel it's only fair to request some money back or a partial refund for my stay.

What breakfast? Air conditioner was so loud couldn't sleep no coffee pot no microwave the floor was so dirty I took a shower and my feet was dirty like I was outside in the mud not again

It looks great from the outside and the maintenance woman was an absolute angel.

Everything on the inside. The lack of communication. I wasn’t able to use my bathroom for over 12 hours because they didn’t have access to a plunger at night time, there were cockroaches, The bedding was dirty (looked like the sheets had just been turned over instead of washed) The floor was covered in a sticky residue. The shower was chipped and broken. There was black mold on the ceiling in the shower. The air conditioning unit was broken and I had my grandson there who is 2 years old and could easily stick his hands into the air conditioning unit. When I made the booking, I called the location first to make sure they had a downstairs room available for me because I am disabled and also that they could accommodate both of my service dogs. The man on the phone said yes so I made the booking and upon arrival The room was upstairs and not a dog room mind you I’m moving and traveling with huge black trash bags with my entire life in it and with my kids literally hundreds of pounds of stuff, having to lug it upstairs and then back downstairs halfway through our trip because there was no elevator either just overall one of the worst experiences that a motel 6 ever had. Communication was terrible with everybody except for the nighttime man. He was very kind and had great customer service when he was available. Koushik and the maintenance woman deserve a raise.

The ice machine far from my room me having a dirty room and sheets upon arrival and front desk clerk locking me out my room and we didn’t stay 2 nights was only 1 day in and WiFi sucked so bad could not connect had to use my hotspot fridge in room didn’t work sink had a leak in our room

when i booked a room, there was to be a handicap accessible bathtub. They told me there was only one room like that and it was not available.

The hotel was recently remodeled and may currently still be getting a few minor updates.. It was clean and comfortable for the most part. Two of the three staff members we dealt with were very friendly & helpful. For the price, it was a good value. I mean you get what you pay for and we were able to spend more money on our trip for other things. The air conditioner worked well. They had hot water, a microwave, and a mini fridge in the room.

On day 2, we went to get towels, and my spouse was rudely told they didn't have any. The rude man told him he would send someone in with them around 9:30. My spouse asked if they could give us an extra hour for checkout then due to not having towels. The man told him No very sharply. He then called our room an hour later and told us they did not have any towels. Thankfully, it wasn't long before a shift change, and a nicer man brought two clean towels to our room. The only other negative was from some of the 'weekly' residents who smoked pot around the hotel. I overlooked this since we headed to dinner, and when we came back, the area had been fumigated. We never smelled it again the whole stay.

The people who work there were professional and accommodating and very welcoming

the location is nice. You’re right by the mall and a lot of restaurants.

The room that was assigned to me had a very foul smell to it and the bathroom was dirty. I wanted to take a nice bath but the bathtub was very filthy and disgusting. They did try to offer me another room, but at that point, I already had my mind made up. It didn’t help that the tenants that stayed there, looked very sketchy. I didn’t feel comfortable being there by myself at all. I actually ended my stay early, and they were supposed to issue me a refund, and I still haven’t received my refund and it has been over a month.
