I stayed for 1 night and it was clean, quiet although the property is very close to the main street. I had everything I needed and it was clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. I would stay again when visiting Kanab.

We stayed for two nights and would stay again. The location is fantastic, right in the middle of downtown. The beds were comfortable and rooms clean. We checked in at the Best Western, a block away, and also used the pool and breakfast facilities there. We did have some confusion checking in, as we booked through Agoda and the receipt said two rooms with two double beds each, but told the check-in desk that it was one queen bed each. The check-in staff kindly honored what the receipt said.

I used this hotel for passing thru town. Great location, staff was great but the rooms were a little less desirable. Extremely dated , cement walls , the beds were great this is after we were placed in the wrong room. It was an experience for sure
