The hotel meet our needs we just stayed overnight

Convenient, clean, cleaning staff were friendly. One of the clerks at the front desk was WONDERFUL, the initial clerk not so much.
Being told my full rate I would be paying at the time, I booked and then being charged another $125 when I arrived!!!!! I was told in advance what the rate was. If I knew that the hotel was going to charge more on top of that, I never would have stayed there. Especially given the location. I booked there because it was somewhat reasonable, then I got blindsided.
Also, fridge did not work, no freezer.

The location on a cul de sac with other hotels and restaurants is great. Reasonable rates and very clean comfortable rooms.

Decent room near the parking lot for ease on luggage and dog care.
This was the only hotel that charged and outrageous amount for a pet fee of $100. Every other place we stayed between Minnesota and California charged between $15 to $35 per night. It doesn't matter that they "warned" me about the amount. It was almost double for the nightly fee. We left the room in perfect shape.
