Room was really big felt like the bathroom could of been bigger

Extremely comfy bed and pillows. Clean bathroom with strong shower. Quiet cooling system. All room entrances are interior to the building.
Breakfast buffet was pretty typical with more yogurt and fruit choices than most. Breakfast staff extremely responsive. Very clean area.
I hope it was just a bad day for their coffee. It was terrible. Couldn't finish even one cup. Even adding cream and flavoring.

Good location
The staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing, we had problems checking in and getting our fee established properly. Manager had to step in and help, but I am not sure he knew anymore than the staff
