People need coffee in the morning.

I appreciated the free parking.

The room/bathroom was not clean. My non-smoking room smelled like smoke. The website claimed there was breakfast. Not even coffee was available when I left in the morning.

It was an okay stay.

Price and location. Staff at desk took a while to come from a back room, so I sat and waited for almost 10 minutes before I was attended to. The housekeeper was nice enough to keep reassuring me that someone will come.

The floor wasn't that clean; there a tag possibly from a previous occupant, under one of the night stand and some crumbs on the floor, so I'm assuming the floor wasn't swept or mopped. Otherwise, the bed looked clean as well as the bathroom and sink.

Budget friendly, subpar accommodations, staff was great

Staff was courteous and efficient. Check in process was quick. Wood look flooring vs carpet was a big plus.

Room was not cleaned properly, clean, stray hairs noted in restroom area, lamps were super dusty and lamp shades were dirty/grimy. Towels were not even folded properly and looked messy. Bathroom facilities and furniture was very worn down, chipped , grimy looking and just made it feel dirty. Area felt sketchy, parking was surrounded by barbwire and there were some unruly and loud guests in other rooms.

first time first impressions are always lasting

Management and the people in the night reservation window were very rude upon my first room. There was no telephone that worked inside so I went down to the front lobby to either get a new telephone and informed them about it as I was just coming to The to their location From my home which had encountered a fire and I was looking for lodging for the evening and ended up finding them on booking.com upon them giving me a new room. This room didn’t have a phone at all, so I informed the gentleman of that and asked if I can have a room with a phone and he immediately Was rude and said he was going to refund my money. Did you want a phone or a room to sleep in is what he asked. I think if I’m paying my money, the room should be fully accommodated as it stated per me booking. It should have two beds which it did have it should have working bathroom, working phone, and television just to say the least, I’m paying for a room that has what’s being promoted nothing more nothing less will not visit their establishment again

The first thing that could’ve been better was the staff. Very rude, not professional at all. They are renting rooms that are not fully operational and when you come to inform them about if they get offended and immediately want to refund your money was my experience may not be everyone else’s experience with my experience was not good at all. I did arrive to the room later in the evening due to there being a fire at my apartment That required us to vacate as the home was red tagged by the fire department, so maybe it was due to the fact that was late in the evening, but I still think that they should be professional when you’re coming into rent a room for the evening.

Soccer Trip

Very close to the location we were visiting. Easy access to and from food, stores, and soccer complex. The housekeeping staff were so helpful and so kind! They were the actual highlight of our stay!

The bathroom floor was dirty and sticky, and we cleaned it. The sink was clogged, so water, spit, toothpaste, etc. just basically lived there til we left. Remote was not easy to maneuver. There is no guide on TV, so it was very difficult to find channels.

The best thing about this hotel is its location – it was exactly where I needed to be. Another highlight was the staff, especially Dan. He was polite, friendly, and always smiling. You can tell he enjoys his work, and it truly adds to the hotel’s charm.

The only real downside was the old carpet — it carries an unpleasant smell and is long overdue for retirement. The bathroom also needs some attention to deal with black mold. And as for the midnight ‘concert’ from other guests — let’s just say being woken up at 12 a.m. was not exactly the entertainment I signed up for.

Beds are very comfortable. having no carpet in the room makes the room feel nice and modern and no stale smell to the room. Polly's pies is next door and the original pancake House is across the street 👍🏻❤️

I was appalled when I was treated the way I was treated after finding a bedbug in my bed.

Conveniently close to the soccer fields.

The bedbugs in my bed, the customer support from the management was absolutely terrible, and the hot tub was not HOT.. .apparently you have to turn it on and wait about an hour before it gets hot.

Howard Johnson holds fond childhood and family memories for me. This location is quaint. Bright cheerful colors. Clean and comfortable. Staff was very kind.

Location is ok. Freeway nearby didn't bother me because I was tired and went to sleep fast. Otherwise, I was satisfied.

Location. Clean room. One staff member Saturday morning extremely helpful. Shower gel and shampoo/conditioner available.

Suggestions: One coffee pod for two people. Friday night staff appeared to not know how to get extra coffee packets. Okay cuz it’s really bad coffee. Suggest getting a better even local better brand. Light switches in odd areas. Outlets not accessible - get an extension cord from behind tv stand or behind bed and attach for better access to mirrors. Or get lamps with regular outlets not just phone chargers. No heated pool or even hot tub. Breakfast very minimal. I wouldn’t advertise breakfast included say continental breakfast. Supply coffee and courtesy rolls, bagels or muffins. Maybe even frozen waffles. After grocery about next day fruit!?? Or bakeries for day old. Saturday Morning clerk did not restock breakfast items. Had to ask for napkins and additional food items. The weekend price was a little high but attention to details like unattached hanging curtain. Access to a mirror, good lighting and an outlet is great if you have two guests. One can makeup and do hair or electric shave away from the bathroom area. I like that sink is outside shower. No outlet on side opposite sink for coffee maker. No mirror on that side for hair and makeup. Guide to: TV channels or instructions to find on TV. Local restaurants (charge them to advertise.) Hope this helps. We may stay again, our kids live nearby. Thank you.

Typical hotel stay, very comfy

The beds were super comfortable and the tv worked with our nintendo switch so we could hook it up to play games. We were in a handicap-accessible room and so the bathroom was very easy for us to manuveur. Everything was clean and tidy, so we felt good about sleeping here with little worry as to who was in the room previously.

The entire week we stayed, my right arm was covered in bug bites. There were no sign of any bed bugs or lice but the bites only appeared and disappeared during our stay. Housekeeping also kept moving our dnd door placard so they'd wake us up frequently because of the missing placard

It was clean . Office staff friendly. My bed was too soft for me, will ask for a firmer mattress next time. Breakfast was somewhat lacking. Better cereal and more muffin choices would've been better.
