Very convenient
The area and parking. The outside needs to look presentable and at least make it look safe. Looks like a shelter from the outside.

I was confortable for almost the whole time, till the check out
At the moment of the check out, the front desk assistant went to the room to check that everything was good, and when he come back he told us that he cannot give the deposit back because of a stain, we went to check it out, and it was a old and crusty nail polish or lipstick idk but it was like makeup or something, and obviously it wasnt me, i dont use none of that stuff, just by looking at it you can tell it was old and he was trying to blame us for the bad washing and cleaning of their team, i was having a great stay but after this im not coming back...
